Payment and Shipping Policies

Payment options

We accept payments via Paypal or credit card

 

Shipping and handling

All orders are pending payment verification. We print each carpet per order, therefore please allow 3-4 business days for your order to process before it is shipped

The products are shipped via airmail with a tracking number
It usually takes 8-14 business days for our packages to reach their destination, but can sometimes take up to 28 business days, depends on the load of the courier company
If it's been a month and you did not receive your order, please contact us and we'll find a solution
We also suggest that (happens sometimes with NY port authority, for example), you contact your local post agency, we found that they are much more helpful when answering with local residents. When we make inquiries ourselves it usually requires forms and signatures from supervisors

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We are always happy to answer questions regarding our mats and to give additional information. That way we hope to avoid any unpleasant surprises or misunderstandings. If you are still not satisfied with your product, we will refund your purchase, minus shipping fees, once we receive our product back in its original package and condition

Fees and taxes

Different countries have different regulations regarding import fees, customs fees or other taxes. Artmat cannot calculate these fees and taxes and does not cover them

All the boxes we use for packaging are custom made to fit our mats; we wrap everything carefully to avoid damage during transit. In case of a damaged product, we will kindly ask you to take a digital photo of the damaged area and email it to us
If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, once we receive our product back
